2] This is an application for grant of bail. The Revision is filed in the year 2012; whereas present application is preferred in the year 2015. Therefore, after a lapse of three years the present application is moved. Further, since the applicant is in jail, the Revision will have to be heard peremptorily.

3] In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application. Permission

4] However, since the applicant is in jail, fix the Revision Application peremptorily on 12.3.2015 at Sr. No.1 for final hearing.
