PER COURT :- 1.

This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the present application, and for restoration of appeal, which was dismissed on account of failure to comply the office objections.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application is allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. The order passed by the Registrar on 9.12.2014 is quashed and set aside and the appeal is restored to its original status.

The applicant shall comply with the office objections within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event of failure, the order passed on this civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
