Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants names were already deleted before the industrial court. Learned counsel for the petitioners/original complainant submits that, the management is compromising the matter with some of the employees out of the court and now those employees have filed this application for deletion of their names in collusion with the company. Learned counsel submits that, the same would cause serious prejudice to the petitioner/union's interest. 2.

In view of the above submissions and considering that names of the present applicants came to be deleted before the industrial court itself, without causing any prejudice to the interest of the petitioners/original complainant, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Civil application accordingly disposed off.
