Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P for respondent-State.

It is not in dispute that the similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail. Therefore, the applicant is entitled to parity. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Mohsin Hanif Mujawar, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 336/2022, registered with Chopda City Police Station, District Jalgaon for the ofence punishable under Section 3/25, 7/25 of Arms Act and Sessions Case No.84/2022 pending before the
