Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

As a limited grievance is raised in the petition and consequent prayer is made to seek directions, the petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Issue notice to respondent No.1, returnable forthwith. 4.

Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

As the directions are issued to decide the representation, it may not be necessary to issue notice to other respondents. 6.

The petitioner submitted the representation to the Collector, Aurangabad and the other authorities, namely, Municipal Commissioner of Aurangabad Corporation and Divisional Commissioner, Revenue Division, Aurangabad on 11th December, 2018, thereby raising grievance against encroachment in the area, causing difficulty for the residents. The representation/application is pending before the authorities for a considerable period for decision.

In view of aforesaid fact, the petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.1 - Collector, Aurangabad to decide the representation dated 11th December, 2018, as expeditiously as possible, needless to state on its own merits.

As the copy of the representation is also addressed to the Commissioner of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation and the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, these authorities are also directed to decide representation, as expeditiously as possible, needless to state on its own merits (NITIN W.
