VERSUS

RAMDAS S/O SHANKARRAO BARFE ...

Advocate for respondent:Mr. R.G. Shirsat ...

CORAM: S.S. SHINDE, J Dated: December 07, 2017 ...

This Court on 23rd August, 2017 passed the following order :- "None appeared for the applicant, when the application was called out. Stand over to 13th September, 2017, as a last chance. In case the applicant remains absent on that day, the application would be dismissed in default."

2.

Thereafter also the matter was listed on 13th September, 2017. Learned counsel

172.17APPLN appearing for the Respondent informs this Court that on that day the statement was made by Advocate Mr. Arun S. Shejwal that he has given no objection to the applicant.

3.

Be that as it may, it appears that, neither the applicant nor the Advocate were sincere enough to attend the revision application on more than two occasions. In that view of the matter, it appears that, the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting this application.

Hence the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
