This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 19th November 2018 passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad dismissing the application at Exh.26 in Special Civil Suit No. 105 of 2017. The application was filed under Order 1 Rule 10 for joining the present petitioner as party respondent. The learned Court found that the petitioner is not a necessary party and rejected the application.

The learned Advocate for the respondent No.3 informs that now the Special Civil Suit No.105 of 2017 itself is disposed off and this petition has rendered infructuous.
