ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the appellant Issue notice to respondents returnable on 18th February, 2020.

Learned AGP waive notice for respondent No.2. 2] In view of the nature of subject matter, I do not fnd any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed in Land Acquisition Reference No.557 of 2000. Hence, the execution and implementation to the impugned award is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Reference Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of twelve weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, with liberty to the claimants to take recourse to law, for recovery of amount. Civil applications for stay are disposed of accordingly.
