The petitioner is claiming salary.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in spite of the petitioner's appointment as an '

Art Teacher' in the respondent No. 5's school has been approved, the salary is not being disbursed to him on the ground that his name does not appear in the 'Shalarth Pranali'. 4.

The respondent No.2- Education Officer (Secondary) in his affidavit in re-ply has specifically stated that in respect of the petitioner's school as against 12 sanctioned posts, the proposal in respect of 10 teachers were received by him and he would process even the proposal of the petitioner if it is received from the school.

Learned advocate Mr. Shinde for the respondent No. 5-Headmaster submits that he would forward the proposal of the petitioner. 1/2

In view of the above state of affairs, we dispose of the Writ Petition No. 1087/2019 by directing the respondent No. 5-Headmaster to forward the proposal of the petitioner to the respondent No. 2/Education Officer (Secondary), as early as possible and in any event within six weeks from today. Thereafter the respondent No. 2/Education Officer (Secondary) shall include petitioner's name in the 'Shalarth Pranali'. 7.

The Civil Application No. 12113/2021 is disposed of. 8.

Learned A.G.P. seeks time to file reply in Writ Petition No. 9602/2019. 9.
