The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the management has submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Headmaster. The same is not yet decided.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Education Officer would decide it on its own merits.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Headmaster (Page No. 36) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
