In our view, since the election process is set in motion and date of polling is scheduled to be 18th January, 2015, no interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies available in law after conclusion of process of election. Keeping open option to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies available in law, writ petition stands disposed of.
