Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The allegations against the applicant is that she barely accompany the so called married girl. Nothing has been recovered from the applicant. Considering her role allegedly attributed in the crime, her further detention would not be fruitful. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant MEENA W/O. BALIRAM BAGAL be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with

938-BA.91-23.odt one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.209 of 2022, registered by Police Station Beed City, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 465, 468, 471, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
