Record indicates that as the learned advocate, who was representing the petitioner, expired, notice was issued to the petitioner asking him to appear and make alternative arrangement.

Though the said notice is served on the petitioner in April, 2018, the petitioner failed to appear and make alternate arrangement.

This matter was called out for final hearing on 15th July, 2022. On that day also none appeared for the petitioner. However, with a view to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to appear in the matter, the matter was adjourned for today. Today also, none appears for the petitioner when the

Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
