1) The application is filed for permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.2 and 8 on the record. Submission was made that in cross appeal those legal representatives are already brought on record and learned counsel Shri. C.R. Deshpande is representing them. In view of the submissions made and the contention made in the application this Court holds that permission needs to be granted by condoning delay, if any, caused, as there was no knowledge to the acquiring body.

Notice in appeal to the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.2 and 8. It is waived by Shri. C.R. Deshpande. Call record and proceeding. Stand over to 15th April 2016.
