1) Mr. Kolhare the learned counsel submits that, the respondent No. 3 has forwarded proposal to the respondent No. 2 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Head Mistress, however, same is not yet decided. The learned A. G. P. states that, if the said proposal is pending the same will be decided on its own merits.

2) In light of the above we pass the following order.

ORDER

In case the proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 3 (Exh. A) is pending consideration with the respondent No. 2 then, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months from the date of this order.
