DATE : 07th February, 2025 Per Court :- The learned advocate Shri Wasimullah submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.9 and seeks time to file Vakalatnama and reply, if any. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner points out that since inception there has been interim relief in operation w.e.f. 02.12.2021.

The petitioner is a special teacher, whose appointment has been approved, but was sought to be shifted in

He would point out that inspite of such interim relief in operation, fresh order has been issued by respondent No.6 Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, on 17.12.2024 (exhibit S) once again passing the order transferring the petitioner from the post of special teacher and placing him on contractual basis on an honorarium.

Interim relief has been in operation. Respondent No.6 has been duly served, but never responded and has not caused any appearance.

Operation of the order dated 17.12.2024 (exhibit S) shall stand stayed till the next date.
