The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 25/09/2019 whereby registration of his second appeal was refused for nonremoval of office objections. There is also delay of 98 days for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 25/09/2019 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Registry of this court for utilization of Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad.
