Mr. R.S.Deshmukh holding for Mr. S.V.Munde, learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application. He, however, submits that the Appeal may be heard expeditiously. He further submits that the private paper book would be submitted within a period of two weeks and upon submission of the paper book, final hearing may be taken.
