Order :- Learned counsel for appellants submits that, the matter is pending for final hearing since year 2006. There is no propriety to deal with the application for withdrawal of amount filed on behalf of original claimant-respondent in this matter. The appeal is kept for final hearing on merit. Hence, he requested to dispose of the application to facilitate to proceed for final hearing of the appeal on merit. In view of submission, application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of. No order as to the costs.
