Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount is now paid to the claimants in view of filing of the execution proceedings by them before the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The first appeal is also disposed of by this Court. In that view of the matter, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court together with uptodate/accrued interest. Present application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
