The order dated 02.01.2020 reads thus:

"1 Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that a communication addressed to the petitioner by Registered Post A.D. is received back unserved with the endorsement "deceased".

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that a fnal attempt would be made to contact legal heirs of deceased petitioner.

It is made clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal heirs, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court on 23.01.2020." The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that again an attempt was made by sending communication dated 07.01.2020 on the last known address, which communication is received back with an endorsement "deceased". The communication dated 07.01.2020 is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation.

Petition is disposed of as abated.
