Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem to pass order similar to one passed by this Court on 27.10.2020 in Civil Application No.6385 of 2020 in First Appeal No.2332 of 2019 and connected matters.

Hence, the following order:- (i) Entire amount be paid to the applicant as under :- (a) 50% amount be paid to the applicants on furnishing undertaking;
