The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses A, B and C as under :- "A) By issuing the appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of writ, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent No.3 to 5 to disburse remaining part amount of consideration with statutory interest to the petitioner No.1 within stipulated period as per the terms and conditions of work orders dated 29.05.2014.
B) By issuing the appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of writ, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent No.6 to disburse remaining part amount of consideration with statutory interest to the petitioner No.2 within stipulated period as per the terms and conditions of work

C) By issuing the appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of writ, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent No.7 to refund an amount of tender fees to the tune of Rs.50,000/- with statutory interest to the petitioner No.1 to 4 within stipulated period." 2.
The issue pertains to the years 2013-2014 and 20142015. This Court cannot exercise it's writ jurisdiction to consider disputed questions as regards the quantum of work done, quantum of the payment that was to be made, quantum of the amount that is to be returned and quantum of interest on such disputed amounts.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the representation was finally made by the petitioners on 27.12.2019 as oral requests did not redress the petitioners' grievance. He submits that the said representation has to be decided by respondent Nos.3 to 7. He submits that the petitioners have filed several representations dated 21.11.2014, 06.01.2015, 16.02.2015, 18.03.2015,30.07.2015, 26.07.2016, 17.08.2016, 15.04.2017 and 25.11.2019 to these authorities. 4.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent Nos.3 to 7 to respond to the representations of the petitioners and pass a speaking order/ response, to be communicated to the petitioners, on or before 15.10.2022.

Needless to state, the said representations would be considered on their own merits and in the facts and circumstances set out therein.
