The grievance is that, though, the award is passed, compensation has not been paid. The State has filed affidavit stating that the respondent No. 4 / Acquiring Body is directed to deposit the amount.

Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 on instructions submits that, the amount under the award is paid to the petitioners. Accepting the said statement, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.
