Even reminders are given but as yet appeal is not decided. 2] The learned AGP states that in case said appeal is pending, then, it would be decided on its own merits.

3] In case the appeal filed by the petitioner (Exh.F) is not yet decided, then the appellate authority i.e. respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months.
