Present civil applications are filed for amendment in memo of the petitions.

Mr. Chandak, the learned counsel for applicants submits that, subsequent events are sought to be brought on record. The Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme has been floated and other facts are to be placed on record.

Mr. Sharma, the learned advocate for non applicant Nos. 2 and 3 and Mr. Talhar, the learned A. S. G. for non applicant No. 1 oppose the applications on the ground that the applicants are not concerned with the merits of the writ petitions. 4.

The writ petitions are not yet admitted. The same are at the nascent stage.

Even otherwise non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil applications are disposed of.
