Pending Writ Petition, since the facts are not disputed that the applicant is the owner of the agricultural land and the pipeline was laid down from his agricultural land, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this Court on an undertaking and the remaining amount on furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.
