Heard Mr.D.A.Bide, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.S.S.Dande, learned AGP for the respondents-State. 2.

Mr.Bide, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the enhancement is slightly above four times of the enhancement of the compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Ofcer. 3.

In view of above, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation subject to personal undertaking on usual terms.
