On 12th January 2023, we had passed the following order:- "1.

The petitioner is a 26 years old widow, whose husband was in service of respondent No.4 / school as a peon. He was a permanent employee. He committed suicide on 11.10.2022. It is contended that the scheme for compassionate appointment is available to an eligible member of the family of a person who has committed suicide. Her application dated 15.12.2022 is pending. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.02.2023. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

All office objections to be removed within 4 (four) weeks. 1/3

Matter be listed in the "Urgent Category"."

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No. 4 submits that the proposal of the Petitioner would be forwarded to Respondent No.3. He further submits that an Ad-hoc body is presently managing the affairs of the Trust since the term is over and the fresh elections are yet to be held. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that once such a proposal is forwarded, the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad may decide the same and pass appropriate orders.

The learned AGP representing the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad submits that the Rules and the Schemes and all such Government Resolutions as are applicable, would be taken into account and after considering the same, the Education Officer would pass an appropriate order on the proposal.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Petition can be disposed off. 6.

As such, this Petition is disposed off, expecting the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad to deal with the proposal that would be tendered by 2/3
