The learned Counsel for the petitioners, as well as learned Counsel for respondent No. 6, are willing to get the Revision No. 176/2020, pending before the respondent No. 2, finally decided, within a fixed period of time, considering which, the parties are directed to appear before the respondent No. 2 on 9th August 2021. Respondent No. 2, shall decide the proceedings within a period of two months thereafter. During the pendency of the Revision before respondent No. 2, the respondent No. 6 shall not create any third party interest in the subject property till it's decision. 2.

The petition, accordingly disposed of in the above terms. Respondent No. 2, to act upon a net downloaded copy of this order, which the petitioners are directed to place before him. 3.
