Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is working as Hostel Superintendent in the Primary Ashram School, under the Social Welfare Department. The petitioner possesses qualification of HSC. According to the learned counsel the same is the sufficient qualification for grant of pay scale of Rs. 4500/- - 7000/-. Learned Counsel relies upon the judgment dated 17.02.2017 of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 122/2016 with other connected Writ Petitions and other judgments. 3.

We have heard the learned AGP also

It appears that the issue raised by the present petitioner is covered under various judgments of this Court such as judgment dated 17.02.2017, in Writ Petition No. 122/2016 with other connected Writ Petitions. In view of that, we follow the same course and pass following order.

It is held that the petitioner is entitled for pay scale of Rs. 4500/- - 7,000/-. The respondent shall extend the said benefit to the petitioner along with all consequential benefits. The impugned communication is set aside.
