Heard the learned A. G. P. for respondents. The writ petition is not yet admitted. Vide the present amendment application subsequent issuance of validity in favour of her blood relatives is sought to be produced.

Even otherwise, the respondents can controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit. In view of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". The civil application is disposed of.
