Writ Petition No.3983 of 2012 has already been disposed off as withdrawn. Liability of the applicant to pay Rs.5,00,000/- to respondent No.3 is admitted and there is no dispute.

As such, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), by consent, which reads as under:- " (B) Direct the office to transfer the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in the loan account of applicants in Parbhani Peoples Cooperative Bank Branch at Parbhani and further direct the office to issue cheque of remaining amount of Rs.30,000/- along with interest amount in favour of the present applicant."
