By way of this application, the applicant seeks permission to serve respondent no. 2 - Narayan Patil by substituted service by publishing a notice in the local newspaper.

The reasons given for substituted service are stated in paragraph no. 2 of the civil application.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads thus :

'B] - This Civil Application may kindly be allowed and the applicant may kindly be permitted to serve the notice in second 1/2

7-CA-772-2018 appeal No. 584/2017 to the respondent No. 2 herein by way of paper publication in any local daily newspaper at Shirpur, Tq. Shirpur, Dist. Dhule.'
