Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

The petitioner purports to have been aggrieved by interim order passed on 12-11-2018, which according to learned counsel for petitioner, has been passed without hearing him despite there being caveat on petitioner's behalf. Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 does not have any particular instructions with regard to the same.

In view of the same, it would be expedient that petitioner shall move an appropriate application for hearing on interim relief. It would be further expedient if the appeal itself is
