The innocuous prayer is made in the Petition, in as much as, the petitioner has sought direction to the Respondents to decide the representation dated 20th December, 2013 in respect of her absorption on the post of primary teacher. Without entering into the merits of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 20th December, 2013, if already not decided, on its own merits and in accordance with

1126.14WP relevant rules, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within eight weeks from today, and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. Needless to observe, Respondent No.2 if wishes to hear the petitioner, he can do so.
