This application is filed for condonation of 585 days delay caused in filing the first appeal. The applicant is the original Claimant, who approached this Court for enhancement of the amount of compensation.

There is delay of 585 days. For the reasons stated in

954ca3128.24 delay the application, the application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned subject to depositing of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) in the office of Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad within two weeks from today. 4.

After depositing of the aforesaid amount of cost on satisfaction of office, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04.10.2024.

It is made clear that the applicant shall not be entitled to receive interest for the delayed period in case appeal is allowed.
