The delay has been attributed to the residences of applicants which are at different places. Though the application is opposed by the other side but considering the statutory right of the applicants, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Pooja K.
