The matter was called out on 17.11.2017. As none appeared for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, we had adjourned the the matter to 21.11.2017. Today also when the matter is called out for final hearing, none appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Mr.Kakade, learned Counsel appears for the appellant.

Present Letters Patent Appeal is filed against order passed by learned Single Judge of this Court vacating interim relief. Present appellant had filed writ petition against order of School Tribunal allowing
( 2 ) lpa41.04 appeal filed by respondent No.2. The Court admitted the petition, however, vacated the interim relief. The petitioners were directed to deposit the entire arrears of salary within two weeks. Present Letters Patent Appeal is filed against the said order. This Court under order dated 23.02.2004 granted interim relief and since the said date, the order is in force.

Mr. Kakade, learned Counsel submits that the writ petition is now fixed for final hearing before the learned Single Judge. Considering the fact that since the year 2004 the interim orders are in force and the writ petition before the learned Single Judge is fixed for final hearing, we dispose of present Letters Patent Appeal by continuing interim relief granted in this appeal, till the disposal of writ petition bearing No.2295 of 2001.

The Letters Patent Appeal is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
