This petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to take decision on the application / representation tendered by the petitioner on 10.10.2014 for determination of rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from today; and it is accordingly directed. On determination of compensation if the petitioner is found eligible to receive the amount, the acquiring body - Respondent No.3 shall pay the amount to the petitioner in accordance with such determination, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from such determination.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
