The grievance of the petitioners is that the validation proceedings are pending since the year 2015. The same are not yet decided. The petitioners are student and require validity for further studies.

In case, the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from
