Upon hearing both sides and considering the fact that the present applicant is claimed to be a coolie in a goods truck, he would be at liberty to withdrawn an amount of Rs. 1,40,000/- together with upto-date interest from the amount deposited in this Court. The rest of the amount be invested in fixed deposit as per usual terms. The present application accordingly stands disposed of.
