401.16wp+ refused to grant interim order in favour of the petitioners. Being aggrieved, both these petitions have been field.
We have perused the documents placed on record. Admittedly, the period for which the petitioners were appointed has come to an end in the month of November, 2015. The petitioners have no right to assert for further continuation in service. Apart from this, the petitioners have filed application in pursuance to the advertisement issued by the respondents.
In that view of the matter, no case is made out. Both the petitions are rejected.
