The proposal of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground is not being considered by respondent no. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground but the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is not yet decided by the Education Officer.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon on

2 wp 1712.2021 compassionate ground (Page No. 30) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
