The applicants - L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.6 in appeal have filed this application to implead them as party respondents or to bring them on record as L.Rs. of respondent no.6 for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

In brief, it is the contention of the applicants / appellants i.e. Respondent Nos.10 to 12 in the application ought to have brought L.Rs. of respondent no.6 on record.

Since the appellants have not taken steps, the applicants have moved this application.

It is further submitted that the respondent nos.7 and 8 are other L.Rs. of deceased

3580.19CA.odt respondent no.6 and since their names are already on record, they are not made party to the application.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the appellants have no objection to allow the application to bring the names of applicants as L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.6. In that view of the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to substitute their names as L.Rs. of respondent no.6 along with respondent nos.7 and 8. Necessary amendment be carried out by the appellants within one week.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
