The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher is pending with respondent no. 2 since June-2018. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No.18) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent

2 wp 4840.2021 no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
