PER COURT :

Applicants are sentenced to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment and to pay fne of Rs. 3,000/- each and in default, to suffer one month simple imprisonment.

Against this conviction, they preferred appeal which also came to be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that there are some contradictions which both the Courts did not consider.

Fine amount is deposited.

In this view of the matter, substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of the revision application. Hence the following order :-

ORDER

i) Application is allowed.

ii) Each of the applicants be released on PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

iii) Bail before the Trial Court.

iv) Application stands disposed of.
