1] Learned AGP appearing for State, on written instructions of the concerned officer submits that pay scales in respect of employee at Sr. Nos. 3 and 9 mentioned in the order dated 17th October, 2015 are inadvertently mentioned. He further submits that an additional affidavit will be filed rectifying the mistakes occurred in mentioning the wrong pay scales, within a period of one week from today and according to the corrected pay scales, the amount will be disbursed within four weeks from today, in favour of all the 10 employees, whose names are mentioned in the order dated 21/10/2015, issued by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Latur Division, Latur.

2] In the light of the statement made by the learned AGP, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
