In view of the events that took place during the pendency of the petition, we do not consider it necessary to continue with this petition. This petition stands allowed in terms of interim orders passed so far.

However, this record would be required for criminal case, which was initiated upon the complaint filed by the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send this record to the Court, where the criminal case is pending. 3.
