DATED : 7TH JUNE,2016 PER COURT :- As per directions dated 28/1/2016 given by this Court the Superintendent of Police has submitted report through learned APP. It is taken on record. On perusal of the report, it is found that the police have started taking action pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner. We are satisfied that sufficient action is taken to prevent offences and threatening. We also took note of the fact that the petitioner is already provided protection. We therefore, dispose of this Petition by directing the police to take appropriate action against the perpetrators and file charge sheet against them if necessary.
